What you'll do

• Triage patient calls and assess symptoms
• prioritize urgent and routine issues
• recognize changes in condition and communicate concerns to providers
• coordinate orders, medications, testing, referrals, and follow-up
• provide patient education
• maintain accurate electronic medical records
• manage competing priorities while protecting patient safety.
