Senior React Native / Expo Engineer

The Senior React Native / Expo Engineer role is onsite five days per week in San Francisco, CA. The base salary range is $230,000–$280,000 per year, in addition to equity and benefits. Mochi Health is building an AI-driven healthcare marketplace focused on connecting patients with care, transparent pharmacy pricing, and affordable medications. The engineer owns mobile applications used by patients and providers, from architecture through production reliability. The role builds secure, responsive clinical experiences, health-data integrations, offline-first synchronization, and AI-enabled workflows to support patient care and the company’s expanding healthcare platform.

What you'll do

• Architect and build mobile applications and integrations with Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect
• develop secure messaging
• manage Expo and EAS build pipelines, native modules, and over-the-air updates
• design offline-first synchronization and caching
• improve mobile UX, accessibility, and performance
• integrate AI capabilities
• own architectural decisions, code review, testing, CI/CD, and reliability.
