System One provides outsourced services and workforce solutions to clients. The scientist supports target validation and discovery research by designing and conducting cell-based experiments and genomics workflows. The role combines mammalian cell culture, laboratory automation, next-generation sequencing, molecular biology techniques, data interpretation, and accurate experimental documentation in collaboration with research teams.

What you'll do

• Design, execute, and analyze cell-based experiments
• perform mammalian cell culture, assays, image-based analysis, and iPSC-derived workflows
• operate and troubleshoot established laboratory automation workflows
• perform tissue, cell, and nuclei dissociation and NGS workflows
• prepare and quality-check sequencing libraries
• perform DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, quantification, and Western blotting
• interpret results and communicate findings
• maintain sample, reagent, metadata, and electronic laboratory notebook records
• follow SOPs, safety requirements, and data integrity standards.
