• Supervise quality activities and compliance programs in Supplier Quality, Quality Operations, and Project Quality
• implement local quality goals
• address obstacles affecting associates’ goals
• ensure staffing and resources support obligations and compliance
• supervise, train, and mentor engineering-level quality personnel
• assist with internal and external audits
• participate in blitzes and Six Sigma projects
• implement quality practices
• prioritize compliance-minded solutions
• manage department spending.
