What you'll do

• Manage device activation, connectivity, configuration, lifecycle, and chassis links
• monitor device and system performance and troubleshoot issues
• coordinate installation, replacement, repairs, and vendor corrective actions
• reconcile data across AIM360 and vendor systems
• analyze datasets and API/EDI feeds
• develop KPIs, dashboards, and exception reports
• support testing and deployment of GPS devices and related technologies
• manage geofence and location-data requirements
• use telematics data to improve chassis visibility and utilization
• create and improve SOPs and troubleshooting documentation
• drive cost and efficiency initiatives
• provide technical guidance and mentorship.
