What you'll do

• Support assigned senior-level managers
• collect and review apartment income and expense information
• interface with clients about property performance and asset characteristics
• gather and analyze market trends and rent comparables
• manage internal projects
• prepare materials and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly property reports
• answer and direct resident calls
• coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
