What you'll do

• Contact caregivers and family to schedule services
• travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities
• train patients and caregivers in LifeVest use
• program the device according to physician orders
• measure patients to determine garment size
• review and obtain required paperwork signatures
• transmit the Patient Agreement and WEAR Checklist to ZOLL within 24 hours
• manage device and garment inventory
• disclose family relationships with potential referral sources.
