What you'll do

• Oversee housekeeping operations and villa standards
• lead, mentor, and develop the team
• establish procedures and quality controls
• manage staffing, assignments, and daily priorities
• conduct briefings and property audits
• coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments
• manage inventory and procurement
• ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• develop the department budget
• monitor labor costs and KPIs
• approve payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor agreements
• report performance to senior leadership.
