What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate HR operations, including employee relations, investigations, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, leave administration, employee health coordination, onboarding, and compliance. Advise managers on performance, attendance, corrective action, workplace concerns, accommodations, and policy interpretation
