Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

The Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Upper Sandusky, OH, with pay of $25.47–$35.58 per hour. The technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and supports plant equipment and facilities. The role keeps production and non-production equipment operational through troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance documentation, and support for production startup utilities. It also contributes to safe, reliable operations and quality and environmental policy implementation.

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain machinery, buildings, and equipment
• follow plant and departmental safety requirements
• maintain 5-S in assigned areas
• complete work orders and preventive maintenance paperwork and identify repair parts. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• repair production and non-production equipment
• support production startup utilities
• train technicians in repair procedures
• read manuals and schematics
• follow lockout/tagout policy
• support quality and environmental procedures.
