Store Supervisor

Job overview

Compensation is $2 per hour. The Store Supervisor role is an onsite position located in Harrisonburg, VA. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for overnight shifts between 10pm and 6am, and the role supports the store operations team at Sheetz, Inc. This role exists to provide leadership by example to store team members, ensuring high-energy service and a positive customer experience. The Store Supervisor is responsible for mentoring staff, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the store environment remains clean and well-merchandised.
