What you'll do

• Leads daily activities of a manufacturing team.
• Leads production team's daily start-up meeting.
• Guides the team in the development and use of standard work instructions.
• Performs first response troubleshooting and minor maintenance.
• Ensures team achieves daily 5S+1, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Drives Kaizen activities.
• Performs cell audits and inspections.
