What you'll do

• Lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians
• identify change orders and field conditions
• oversee testing, commissioning, and end-user training
• manage schedules, progress, and materials
• direct subcontractors
• run installations
• mentor field crews
• install, repair, test, and maintain security systems
• handle service orders and project administration
• follow up on inspection readiness.
