What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
• maintain employee policies, handbook, records, and compliance training
• coordinate performance reviews and coach managers
• investigate employee relations concerns
• administer benefits, leave, and HRIS data
• support payroll data, compensation processes, engagement initiatives, and leadership reporting.
