Metrics Business Analyst

The Metrics Business Analyst role is onsite in Mayport, FL. Compensation is $45–$55 per hour. The role supports squadron business operations and requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance. The analyst provides business intelligence and performance measurement that give leadership visibility into parts movement, material readiness, maintenance execution, and operational performance. The role turns operational data into dashboards, assessments, and process-improvement recommendations for Navy stakeholders and senior leaders.

What you'll do

• Manage, analyze, track, and publish Active Cannibalization metrics
• monitor turnaround times and effects on readiness and maintenance
• analyze operational data for trends and improvement opportunities
• recommend immediate and long-term process improvements
• build and distribute dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytical products
• translate data into visualizations and executive presentations
• collaborate with Navy stakeholders and technical personnel.
