What you'll do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • supervise, mentor, and train RBTs and BCaBAs
  • analyze client data and make clinical decisions
  • provide caregiver training
  • collaborate with families, interdisciplinary providers, school teams, and community stakeholders
  • complete required documentation
  • uphold BACB ethical standards.
