What you'll do

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contracts
• draft and review corporate policies
• coordinate litigation with Senior Legal Counsel and outside counsel
• support compliance investigations and regulatory inquiries
• advise branch, deposit, and lending functions
• provide counsel on banking regulations and legal process
• assist with regulatory exams, audits, and risk assessments
• support management and board meetings
• conduct legal research and analysis.
