What you'll do

• Manage residential, builder, and commercial warranty claims
• coordinate scheduling, updates, and follow-through with customers, builders, technicians, manufacturers, and internal departments
• review requests and determine coverage eligibility
• track claims and maintain documentation
• analyze recurring issues
• coordinate manufacturer claims, replacement parts, credits, and resolutions.
