What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, dining, and personal hygiene
• provide companionship and emotional support
• conduct rounds and wellness checks
• observe and report changes in resident condition
• follow support plans
• respond to call bells and emergencies
• assist with activities and transportation
• document care
• communicate with residents, families, and care teams
• maintain clean and safe resident areas
• follow infection prevention and emergency procedures.
