• Oversee daily clinical operations and support nursing staff in meeting residents’ needs
• coordinate the Infection Control Program, monitor trends, implement prevention measures, and provide staff education
• support regulatory compliance and quality assurance
• coordinate nursing service planning and delivery
• oversee documentation and medical records
• participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
• monitor staffing levels
• collaborate with the Director of Nursing on improvement and team development.
