Direct Support Professional – Employment Services

Job overview

The Direct Support Professional – Employment Services role is onsite in Newton Highlands, MA, supporting individuals in the community, program, and community work sites. Compensation is $21–$22 per hour. The Price Center empowers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through community programs and employment services. The professional supports work placements, community integration, and individual services while helping protect participants’ health, safety, rights, and dignity. The role also coordinates with employers, families, agencies, and colleagues and completes case management and program documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide work placement and community integration support
• coordinate services and communicate with employers, agency employees, families, and government agencies
• monitor participant health, safety, rights, and dignity
• maintain job placements and support work tasks
• complete case management, career plans, case notes, assessments, and required documentation
• support off-site placements and transportation
• provide job coaching as needed, including evening and weekend hours.
