The AI Enablement Consultant role is hybrid in St. Louis, MO, with three days onsite per week. Compensation is not specified. The consultant supports a Fortune 500 organization’s growing AI Center of Excellence by connecting its AI team with business employees and helping launch an AI Champions Network. The role helps increase effective use of approved AI tools by translating technical concepts into practical guidance, learning sessions, and resources. It coordinates the Champions program, gathers feedback, and supports communication and adoption across business areas.

What you'll do

• Help launch, manage, and grow the AI Champions Network
• set program expectations and measures of success
• run Champion meetings, communications, events, and engagement activities
• identify AI opportunities and skill gaps with Champions
• create toolkits and resources
• answer questions about approved AI tools
• support Copilot adoption, prompting, and agent building
• lead learning and problem-solving sessions
• create reference guides and job aids
• maintain the internal AI SharePoint site
• track activities, milestones, and engagement
• prepare presentations, status updates, and communications.

Why this role

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI tools is sought; a bachelor’s degree is required. Project management, organizational change management, and SharePoint experience are nice to have.
