What you'll do

• Prepare Hot Choice Buffet, carving, and display-cooking products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items to standards and keep fried products fresh and hot
• restock display items or assist with carving when needed
• maintain product temperatures and shelf-life compliance
• conduct opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment
• rotate stock using FIFO
• take inventory
• keep the hot cook area and small wares clean
• follow health department and sanitation requirements
• assist guests courteously.
