What you'll do

• Handle inbound phone and counter inquiries
• identify customer needs and provide parts information, pricing, and availability
• research and source parts and alternatives
• prepare quotes and process orders, payments, credits, and sales transactions
• make outbound sales calls and follow up on quotes
• process returns and damaged items
• assist with inventory and records
• coordinate order fulfillment with other departments.
