Material Handler

The Material Handler role is onsite in Naugatuck, CT, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.; pay is $18 per hour. The role is part of the Production department at Culture Fresh Foods, a dairy and non-dairy processing facility. The material handler stages and manages ingredients and packaging materials to keep production supplied and running smoothly. The role coordinates with Production, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams while following food safety, sanitation, and inventory procedures.

What you'll do

• Stage and deliver materials to production using scanners and inventory systems
• verify labels and packaging against documentation
• return unused materials to designated areas
• prepare and label materials for production runs
• maintain inventory accuracy
• keep storage and staging areas clean
• complete materials-handling and line-clearance documentation
• follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
