What you'll do

• Place daily parts orders
• receive, inspect, stock, and record inventory
• assist with stock orders and replenishment
• maintain dealership management system records and parts pricing
• monitor inventory and reports
• coordinate special-order notifications, returns, warranty parts, and vendor credits
• match purchase orders to invoices
• prepare reports
• support customer transactions and department calls
• maintain an organized and safe storage area.
