Carvana reconditions, inspects, and photographs vehicles before they are listed for customers, using its 150-point inspection process. The lead supervises and develops production associates in an Inspection Center, coordinating vehicle movement and work so the team can meet production and quality goals while preparing inventory for repair or rejection decisions.

What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center
• monitor production and quality goals
• oversee team activities and coach associates
• communicate expectations and performance measures
• resolve team conflicts
• ensure adherence to policies and standards
• review mechanical and physical defects
• partner with the General Manager on repair or rejection decisions
• train associates on quality-control standards
• complete repairs efficiently and safely.
