Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite at Triangle Fastener Corporation’s Baltimore, MD branch, with compensation of $50,000–$55,000 per year. The representative serves as a first point of contact for customer inquiries and supports both customers and the outside sales team with quotes, orders, and service. What you'll do

• Provide customer quotes by phone, email, and in person
• handle walk-in sales and product selection
• enter and process orders
• coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams
• arrange delivery schedules and updates
• support outside sales with follow-ups
• maintain the showroom
• resolve customer issues
• prepare samples, catalogs, and credit applications
• review sales reports and pull counter orders as needed.
