Vice President of Property Management

Job overview

The Vice President of Property Management role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with target compensation of $155,000–$165,000 per year plus bonus potential. The position is with a growing commercial real estate owner and operator and reports to the CEO and COO. The executive leads the in-house property management platform, overseeing portfolio operations and building scalable processes, standards, and leadership capacity. The role supports growth through property performance, tenant service, financial oversight, lease administration, reporting, and operational improvement.

What you'll do

• Set operational strategy and portfolio goals with the CEO and COO
• lead the property management function and develop scalable processes and standards. Oversee commercial assets, property managers, maintenance, capital projects, budgets, forecasts, lease administration, compliance, reporting, tenant relationships, and operational performance
