The Reservation Agent – Boutique Airline role is onsite at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with compensation of $18–$22 per hour plus monthly and quarterly incentives. The role supports Makers Air passengers with booking assistance and a high-touch travel experience.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service in person, by phone, and by email
• greet arriving passengers
• manage calls and online flight inquiries
• explain schedules, fares, policies, baggage, and services
• create and update reservations
• process payments, issue confirmations, and assist with itinerary changes or cancellations. Coordinate with pilots, freight personnel, and customer service colleagues
• assist with ticketing and baggage documentation
• and escort guests to aircraft on the tarmac as needed.
