The Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift is a fully onsite, full-time position in Staunton, VA, paying $24.87–$26.75 per hour. Wieland manufactures, processes, and distributes copper and copper-alloy products. The associate supports material movement from receiving through shipment of finished products. Accurate inventory, safe equipment operation, and coordination with other departments help keep materials moving efficiently through the facility.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
• organize inventory storage
• conduct audits and cycle counts
• update inventory records
• prepare outgoing shipments
• operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• pack and label products
• collaborate with other teams on material movement
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• support inventory projects
• and assist in manufacturing as needed.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. A high school diploma or equivalent and powered industrial truck license and usage are required; two years of industrial experience is preferred. The role involves frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and work in a medium industrial setting.
