What you'll do

• Configure and operate audio and video systems for corporate events, town halls, and executive meetings
• ensure signal flow and connectivity
• support Microsoft Teams and Webex
• troubleshoot conferencing issues during live sessions
• coordinate technical requirements with event organizers, IT teams, and vendors
• provide real-time support
• maintain AV inventory and event readiness
• perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• escalate repair and replacement needs.
