Facilities Lead

The Facilities Lead is an onsite role based in Camp Lake, WI, with a pay range of $32–$38 per hour. This role supports the Uline Distribution Center team in maintaining world-class facilities. This role exists to lead facility operations for an assigned building, ensuring that all maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial services meet company standards. The lead plans preventative maintenance, manages projects, and performs hands-on repairs to keep the facility in top shape.

What you'll do

• Lead facility operations for your assigned building among our network totaling over 800,000+ square feet of workspace.
• Plan preventative maintenance, budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Schedule, assign and perform projects, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.
• Ensure landscaping, janitorial and security services meet Uline standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with construction project management.
• Record maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
