What you'll do

• Schedule or provide resident transportation to and from appointments
• assist residents safely during transport and appointments
• drive the center van, transporting no more than two patients at a time
• perform floor CNA duties
• provide care according to approved care plans
• assist with personal care and safety
• respond to medical record requests
• follow infection control and safety procedures
• document required information, including vitals.
