The Window and Door Installer role is an onsite position based in Reno, NV, with a compensation of $75,000 per year. This position exists to provide high-quality window and door installation services that enhance the aesthetic, functionality, and energy efficiency of residential homes. The installer works closely with the lead installer to perform demolition, site preparation, and finish work, ensuring every project meets the company's high standards for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Practice safe and efficient demolition and completion of the installation project.
• Perform walkthroughs with customers before and after the project to explain what will happen throughout the day.
• Preparation of windows, doors, and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning.
• Exterior and Interior finish work on all products.
• Working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
