Commercial HVAC Foreman

The Commercial HVAC Foreman role is onsite in Spokane, WA, overseeing installation crews across job sites. Pay is $35–$45 per hour. R&R Heating & Air Conditioning is a local family business serving its community for more than 40 years and investing in training and internal promotion. The foreman helps deliver safe, high-quality HVAC installations by coordinating daily field work, checking progress and workmanship, and resolving site issues. The role also supports project coordination and develops apprentices and installers through training and mentoring.

What you'll do

• Supervise HVAC installation crews on multiple job sites
• ensure work is completed on schedule and within scope
• review plans, delegate tasks, and verify installations meet quality standards
• coordinate with project managers, builders, and inspectors
• perform quality-control checks and resolve on-site issues
• monitor and enforce jobsite safety
• train and mentor apprentices and installers
• track materials and proper use of tools and equipment
• provide daily progress updates and documentation.
