The Manufacturing/Quality Manager role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with a stated salary range of $95,000–$105,000 per year. The role supports Beaker & Wrench’s production of custom automated distillation equipment and requires onsite work Monday through Friday. The manager owns the ISO 9001 quality program and RMA process while leading manufacturing and assembly activities. The role helps deliver safe, high-quality equipment on schedule through quality controls, staff support, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Own the ISO 9001 quality management system and audit readiness
• manage RMAs from intake through disposition
• lead manufacturing and assembly activities and monitor schedules
• develop inspection criteria and test procedures
• manage nonconforming material and corrective actions
• train production staff
• maintain SOPs, work instructions, drawings, and bills of materials
• support product compliance, ERP processes, lean methods, and workplace safety.
