Compensation is $18 per hour. The General Laborer - Store Remodels - Traveler role is an onsite position based in Lancaster, PA, requiring extensive travel throughout the Midwest and East Coast. This role exists to support the assembly and installation of heavy steel and pallet racking within retail environments. The laborer contributes to the team's success by operating equipment, anchoring products, and maintaining a safe, organized work area during overnight construction projects.

What you'll do

• Assemble pallet racking, cantilever racking, and shelving
• Anchor assembled products according to specifications
• Operate a scissor lift during assembly as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and obstruction-free work area
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management when not installing
• Travel to job sites requiring overnight stays.
