What you'll do

• Greet passengers
• verify flight itineraries and checked-bag counts
• enter guest information
• process baggage check-in and applicable payments
• weigh and tag luggage
• issue boarding passes, claim tickets, and receipts
• secure accepted luggage
• answer questions and provide directions or flight information
• maintain and stock the concierge desk
• and follow airline, TSA, safety, security, and dangerous-goods procedures.
