What you'll do

• Install and repair broadband, security, access control, wireless, key systems, and voice services
• use fiber and copper infrastructure to set up and maintain systems
• test equipment and program devices
• troubleshoot service, wiring, equipment, and network issues
• train customers on installed products
• complete service documentation
• maintain a clean, stocked service vehicle
• participate in an on-call rotation for repair and emergency service
• operate company vehicles, including a bucket truck, and follow safety protocols.
