What you'll do

• Lead operations across both locations
• oversee estimating, bidding, pricing, contract negotiations, project management, schedules, labor productivity, installation quality, and customer satisfaction
• review budgets, job costing, and financial performance
• coordinate warehouse operations and logistics
• maintain customer and industry relationships
• recruit, train, and mentor operational personnel
• conduct jobsite visits
• travel between Pittston and Camp Hill as needed.
