Auto Body Technician

The Auto Body Technician works onsite in Waverly, WV, to provide collision and glass repair services. This role exists to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition through meticulous assessment, disassembly, repair, and reassembly. The technician contributes to the facility's KPIs by ensuring high-quality repairs and maintaining a focus on customer excellence.

What you'll do

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates
• Use tools like plasma cutters and hydraulic jacks to repair vehicle sections
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins
• Realign chassis and frames
• Remove and replace damaged parts
• Weld and fit parts
• Inspect vehicles after repair.
