What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, and evaluate nursing personnel
• oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, admissions, assessments, care planning, and resident care
• establish department goals and strategies to improve clinical outcomes
• maintain nursing policies and regulatory compliance
• review clinical documentation and performance measures
• participate in quality improvement
• manage department resources and budgets
• develop and coach staff
• collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and other departments
• and communicate nursing operations and quality matters to facility leadership.
