Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Valencia, CA. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The representative serves as an initial point of contact for customers and supports satisfaction by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with pricing, stock, tracking, returns, exchanges, and warranty issues. The role also supports the company’s quality objectives and continual improvement.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer contacts promptly and professionally
• handle and direct high-volume incoming calls
• oversee mail, packages, and couriers
• enter orders
• verify pricing, advise on stock levels, and provide order tracking
• process exchanges and returns and assist customers with warranty issues
• support quality objectives and customer satisfaction.
