• Assist the Lead Educator with play-based, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• supervise and engage students
• support developmental progress documentation
• clean and sanitize classroom areas
• guide conflict resolution
• support schedules and routines
• communicate with families under the Lead Educator's or Director's guidance.
