What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• answer multi-line phones
• schedule appointments
• check clients in and out and maintain records
• communicate hospital policies, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions
• maintain electronic medical records
• process payments and balance the cash drawer
• handle prescription refill requests
• coordinate appointment flow with doctors and technicians
• keep reception and lobby areas organized.
