What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment
• partner with hiring managers
• post job advertisements and source candidates
• review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
• conduct reference checks and prepare offers
• maintain applicant tracking records and recruitment metrics
• coordinate onboarding paperwork, checks, orientation, and first-day readiness
• maintain records and support HR initiatives.
