What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• prepare and process invoices and billing
• assist with collections and vendor payments
• support project accounting, including billing, costs, and documentation
• assist with account and general ledger reconciliations
• research and resolve discrepancies
• maintain accounting records
• coordinate with operations and other departments
• assist with month-end activities, reporting, and other accounting projects.
