What you'll do
- Welcome customers and determine their needs

- coordinate repair plans with insurers and suppliers
- order and monitor parts
- communicate repair status
- coordinate scheduling
- explain repair and insurance processes, payment requirements, and expected completion dates
- maintain repair orders
- manage multiple repairs
- complete quality checks and final paperwork
- collaborate with production staff
- assist with other shop duties as needed, which may include detailing, test drives, and cleanup.
