What you'll do

• Coordinate patient navigation through the Advanced Prostate Cancer Care Pathway and serve as patient advocate, educator, and primary contact. Support development of prostate cancer policies, protocols, and materials
• coordinate treatments across bladder, kidney, and prostate cancer programs
• administer specialty oncology treatments
• manage IV access
• evaluate medication side effects
• and coordinate consultations with specialty physicians and external care teams.
